Mark MacLeod

Mark MacLeod (b. 1962 Annapolis Royal, Nova Scotia) is a career Canadian non-profit radio developer. He is best known for securing a series of radio licences for the Aboriginal Voices Radio Network in major cities across Canada.

MacLeod managed his first non-profit radio station in Sackville, New Brunswick (CHMA) at the age of 19. After working at radio stations in Halifax (CKDU) and Guelph (CFRU), and serving as president of the Canadian National Campus and Community Radio Association, he left Canada to head the American National Association of College Broadcasters.

In 1998, he helped Gary Farmer, John Matthews and others found the Aboriginal Voices Radio Network.
